Occasionally, the App may freeze or go into a loop, particularly when preparing backup files. If this should happen, there is a way to restart the App. You do not need to delete the App and reinstall it, just follow these instructions to restart (Note: these are general instructions from Apple on restarting an app, so you can use this to restart any app):
iOS 7 and Later
- Go to the home screen of the device (this is the main screen of the App which has all the icons for all of your apps).
- Double-tap the Home button (this is the big round button at the bottom of the screen). The screen will now display a series of screen shots showing the current screen status of each of your apps, with the icon for the App below.
- Scroll sideways to find the screen shot and icon for the SoulCollage® App.
- Brush the screen shot image of the SoulCollage® App upward, so that it disappears.
