The Training fee of $495 includes your workshop sessions at the retreat center and a one-year membership in the SoulCollage® professional organization, the SoulCollage® Facilitators' Circle. Circle members receive special benefits and discounts.

Your accommodations fee is not included in this Training fee.

There has been quite a demand for these Trainings, so please register as early as possible if you plan to attend. Participants will be registered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Fees & Payment Options

1. You can register by paying the full tuition of $495 or a deposit of $250 by using PayPal or a credit card. Use the dropdown box below to pay for full tuition, a deposit, and balance due.

2. You may also register by mailing a check payable to "SoulCollage, Inc." to SoulCollage Inc., 450 Jarvis Rd, Santa Cruz, CA 95065. When mailing a check, please email alia@soulcollage.com

Full payment of your tuition is due by July 28, 2012.

Training Tuition Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, is given at the cancellation of a SoulCollage® Facilitator Training registration if the cancellation is received by midnight, August 7.

No refund or credit is given for cancellations made on August 8 or later, if you fail to attend, or if you leave the event early, unless someone is able to take your place at short notice

This processing fee applies to all payments, whether a deposit or a payment in full. You may apply this credit toward a new SoulCollage® training led by Seena Frost held within the next 12 months and avoid paying the processing fee. If the Training fee is increased in the future, you will pay the difference between the new fee and your payment on account.

If you must make a last minute cancellation, you also have the option of offering your payment toward a scholarship fund that we are building to support the work. If you have any questions, please email Alia for more information.

Accommodations

Please email Alia (at SoulCollage Inc. ) to confirm room availability before making your room payment. Room reservations are made directly through SoulCollage. Reserve your room as soon as possible. After confirmation, please pay for your room using PayPal/CC below, or mail a check payable to "SoulCollage Inc." to SoulCollage Inc., 450 Jarvis Rd, Santa Cruz, CA 95065.

Payment for your accommodations is due by July 28, 2012.

Room Payments



Cancellation Policy for Accommodations

A refund of your room payment, less a $60 cancellation fee, will be given for cancellations received by midnight, August 7. No refund will be given for room cancellations received after that date unless we are able to register another participant in time to fulfill your room reservation.
 



Early Arrival Information

If you choose to arrive early, please pay for your SoulCollage® room arrangements first for the Friday/Saturday nights of the Training. Then email Alia at alia@soulcollage.com for your SoulCollage® assigned room number and a contact number for the retreat center. They will try to keep you in the same room for the duration of your stay.

On Friday, September 7, arrival is permitted after lunch but check in is only after 4:00 pm. Check out is by 11:00 am. Guests are asked to leave the center by 2:00 pm on Sunday. There is a $5.00 refundable deposit for a room key.
